What’s Inside the Box?

Inside the Vaporesso XROS Mini 16W Pod Vape Kit package, you’ll find:

• 1 x Vaporesso XROS Mini 16W Device (~700mAh)
• 1 x Vaporesso XROS Series 1.2Ω Corex Mesh Pod (2ml)
• 1 x Type-C Fast Charging Cable
• 1 x User Manual & Warranty Card

How to Use Your Replacement Pods & Device?

Remove the kit from its packaging and connect it to the included Type-C cable to ensure it is fully charged before first use. Access the top-fill port of the pod by firmly snapping off the black clamshell mouthpiece. Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the filling hole (taking care to avoid the central airflow tube), fill the 2ml chamber fully, and snap the mouthpiece firmly back into place.

Crucially, let a brand-new pod sit upright for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the internal cotton wick to fully absorb the e-liquid before taking your first puff. Once primed, simply insert the pod into the device body and inhale on the mouthpiece to activate.

Maintenance and Storage Tips

Inspect the magnetic battery contacts inside your device regularly, wiping away any stray condensation or liquid with a dry tissue or cotton swab to maintain a strong electrical connection. Replace the pod as soon as the flavor starts to fade noticeably or begins to taste burnt—typically after one to two weeks of regular daily use. Store the device securely upright in a clean, dry place away from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and dust.

Important Information

For optimal wicking performance and coil longevity, pair your XROS Mini 16W with 50/50 VG/PG ratio e-liquids or nicotine salts. Thicker, high-VG e-liquids (such as 70/30 shortfills) are not recommended for low-wattage MTL coils as they can lead to dry hits and premature coil burnout.

Safety Tips

Always use the included Type-C cable or a certified low-voltage power adapter to charge your device. Avoid leaving the battery charging unattended overnight or on flammable surfaces. Ensure the top-fill mouthpiece is snapped back into position tightly after filling to maintain internal vacuum pressure and prevent leakage.
